The group of companies that make up Grupo Mesquita employs more than 1,000 workers, demonstrating our firm commitment to job creation and economic growth, earning recognition and prominence in the country’s business landscape.
Throughout our history, we have established ourselves as a diversified business group composed of seven [7] companies operating in key sectors such as transport and logistics, civil construction and engineering, cargo handling and equipment rental, mobile port equipment assistance and maintenance, agriculture and livestock, health and wellness, among others. This diversity allows us to meet the constantly evolving national and international market demand, always striving to offer customized and innovative solutions.

Transportes Carlos Mesquita Lda - TCM
1991
Founded in 1991, Transportes Carlos Mesquita emerged from Carlos Mesquita's entrepreneurial vision and leadership, combined with the influence of the business started by his father. Today, with over 30 years of history, the company stands as one of the largest in the transportation and logistics sector in Mozambique, actively contributing to the country's development and the Southern African region.
Danmo Service System - DSS
1992
In 1992, Danmo Service System was founded with the aim of diversifying its activities and, with the growth of the Port of Beira, meeting the increasing demand for a company specialized in the maintenance and technical assistance of mobile port equipment.
Sermoz - SMZ
2008
Committed to expansion and the creation of companies focused on driving the country's development through the provision of services in strategic areas, SERMOZ was founded in 2008, specializing in construction, earthmoving, and equipment rental for these activities.
Agriverde
2008
Aligned with the same strategic vision that led to the creation of Sermoz, Agriverde was founded in 2008 with the goal of boosting the development of agriculture and livestock in the central region of the country.
Multiserviços - MTS
2008
With the objective of providing specialized services in accounting and finance, both for the group's companies and for external clients, Multiserviços was founded in 2008.

In 2015, the Mesquita Group expanded into the healthcare sector with the creation of Maisha Health Club. The company stands out for offering qualified professional healthcare and gym services, as well as modern equipment, providing an ideal environment for physical activity and promoting well-being.
Maisha Fisio - MF
2015
To meet the need for a clinic specialized in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, Maisha Fisio was created in 2015, featuring highly skilled specialists and modern equipment to meet the needs of those seeking assistance in these areas. With the growing demand in the market, in 2023, the clinic expanded its services to include both general and specialized consultations, as well as a clinical analysis laboratory, ensuring even more comprehensive and diversified care.
